We were the first to offer high energy
office-based Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy in the United States, and have performed thousands of ESWT procedures since 2000. We serve physicians located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Washington D.C., Maryland, New York and New Jersey.

We built our group of skilled physicians around compassion and a solid belief in patient education. We feel it is important that all of our patients feel comfortable, cared for, and informed about the options available to them and the benefits they will receive through ESWT treatment.

Excellence Shock Wave Therapy accepts many insurance plans and offers payment plans to those patients who do not have insurance coverage for treatment.
